I have told you yes here already shoot from my garden purchase. Today was harvest day:)
The whole thing was really totally simple, rinse the seeds with cold water and place in the shoot garden, then rinse twice a day good. The only thing a little bit annoying, to shoot the garden, is that by fall the very small seeds, although there is an extra paper to fabric to buy, was also even a while, but without it I would prefer.
Today was just a salad with cucumbers, arugula, carrots, radishes, green peppers, sprouts, and, while the tofu Bratstreifen. Was totally delicious!
