Since I do not like coffee, I drink lots of tea. And am always looking for new varieties. My newest discovery is the brand tea Pukka. I really like the packaging, and all varieties are certified organic, which is important to me at tea. The home page of which there are here in English and German on here. With the German side is not really built well and I like the English much better. Until now I have this tea's been found only online to order. On my last order, these two varieties were:
cleanse
ingredients: nettle leaves, peppermint, Fennel seed, dandelion root, licorice and extract of aloe vera leaves
love
ingredients: chamomile, lime flowers, elder flowers, calendula, licorice, rose petals, lavender
I like both tea's totally happy, and I will certainly again other types of Pukka test again if I order from an online store that also offers tea Pukka.

I still had some left over sprouts, and since I did not want to stand too long in the kitchen, this fast, simple and delicious dish is created.
Ingredients for 2 People:
150g udon noodles (or pasta to taste) 1 red onion
2 carrots
a good hand full of sprouts (mung beans and radish, I had remaining)
1 pkg tofu Bratstreifen (180g) 1 handful of whole peanuts
rapeseed oil
Salt, pepper, soy sauce
Preparation: Cook the noodles
according to package instructions.
onion and carrot into small cubes. Peel and chop the peanuts. Heat the canola oil in a pan, sauté the onion, then add the carrots and cook about 5 minutes. Then add the tofu Bratstreifen and fry for another 5 minutes. Finally come the shoots, the noodles and peanuts to it all together a little heat, season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

I have told you yes here already shoot from my garden purchase. Today was harvest day:)
The whole thing was really totally simple, rinse the seeds with cold water and place in the shoot garden, then rinse twice a day good. I had the vital mix of bioSnacky with mung beans, lentils, radish, radish, and mustard in a bowl, then a bowl of mung beans and a bowl of radishes, everywhere I've been only used a tablespoon of seeds into it, it must indeed eaten be. A good part of today I have used for my salad, for the other part, especially for the mung bean sprouts for tomorrow I have to come up with something else. The only thing a little bit annoying, to shoot the garden, is that by fall the very small seeds, although there is an extra paper to fabric to buy, was also even a while, but without it I would prefer.
Today was just a salad with cucumbers, arugula, carrots, radishes, green peppers, sprouts, and, while the tofu Bratstreifen. Was totally delicious!
I'm going to move more often shoots himself, the device must be worth it too!

Coconut Panna Cotta
The recipe for Panna Cotta I have in the current "meal and grain" discovered. Alternatively, there is also the recipe online . I've done this, however, no pineapple, but a mango sauce, as I have a ripe mango at home had.
Ingredients for the Panna Cotta:
1 / 2 vanilla bean
1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
100ml oat cream
30g raw cane sugar
1 teaspoon agar-agar
3 tablespoons lemon juice (actually lime juice, but the swap, I almost always)
Preparation: Place all ingredients
in a pot and boil while stirring and then let simmer for about 10 minutes or more.
prepare molds I used simple glasses, rinse the dishes and glasses with cold water and the Panna Cotta fill. The lot cold, it takes at least 1 hour until the whole is pretty solidified.

100g wholemeal pasta
1 carrot
a handful of corn kernels
3 cocktail tomatoes
4 dried tomatoes in oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
vinegar fresh chives
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation:
pasta according to package instructions cook.
In the meantime, chop the vegetables, mayonnaise, vinegar and chives add. Season
When the noodles are done, rinse cold, and give the vegetables, mix well, then season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.

Plans To Make A Vanity Unit
My new shoot Garden
I could not resist today and bought a sprout garden. I have never yet shoots himself drawn, and therefore no idea. But so hard can not be;)
I keep reading some of sprouts, how healthy they should be, how delicious they taste, how diverse it can be used ... Now I will try it out at last myself, and 'm very excited. Now I just need a little time to read the instructions and then off you go. I will definitely by my success or failure, to draw shoots himself to report, and of course on whether the product can be anything, because actually you could just pull in a normal jar shoots himself!

I had in my freezer for some blueberries, and I also wanted to try out my "Creamy clichés" that I ordered at a recent online retailers. It is made of blueberry cheese cake.
ingredients for the Mürbteigboden:
250g wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 g cane sugar
125 g margarine (I am usually Alsan)
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons cold water
from all ingredients into a smooth dough, place it in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 200Grad at top and bottom heat.
ingredients for the filling: 1 pkg
Creamy Sheese Original (255g) 50g Silken
juice of half a lemon
30 g cane sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
250g blueberries
all ingredients except the blueberries, with a hand blender sly smooth.
Quiche-/Pieform A grease with a little margarine. Roll out the dough according to the form and type in the mold. Then remove the cream and then topped out even the blueberries. Ca. 30-35 minutes.

tomato-lentil soup
This soup goes very quickly, easily, and is also still very healthy!
Ingredients for 1-2 people:
1 red onion 1 clove garlic
250 ml tomato juice 250 ml vegetable stock
100 g red lentils
olive oil, salt, Pepper, cayenne pepper
fresh herbs (eg chives), optional
Preparation: Dice the onion and garlic
fine, then sauté in olive oil. Then come to the tomato juice and vegetable broth. The whole thing simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Add the lentils, season and then simmer again for about 10 minutes. And then the soup is ready! If you like, you can even garnish the soup with fresh herbs, then there there is added vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.

Today I would like to introduce you to one of my favorite condiments. Who likes sesame, gomasio will love. I sprinkle it only cooked dish, since you should not cook yourself. Gomasio consists of sesame seeds and sea salt and should also be healthy. I have read, it contains lots of calcium, B vitamins, iron, phosphorus, amino acids, ... It can also be easily manufactured even when "gomasio" googling, you'll find many recipes. I've always bought it yet, but as black sesame or be healthier, and I have found so far only gomasio with white sesame seeds, I'll make it next time myself. Since salt is, but one should not exaggerate the consumption!

Sample Anersary Letters
cherry vanilla crumb cake
I did today must do something with cherries, I had a glass left. The result is this coffee cake.
ingredients for the pastry:
250g Spelt flour 1050
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
50 g cane sugar
125 g margarine
1 pinch salt
2-3 tablespoons cold water
all ingredients into a smooth dough and then set for about half an hour in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on top and bottom heat.
ingredients for the cherry filling:
1 jar sour cherries (sweetened, I had a net weight of 680g) 1 package vanilla pudding mix
Drain the cherries in a sieve and collect the juice. From the juice in a bowl about giving 6EL, add the custard powder and stir until smooth with a whisk. The remaining juice to a boil, add the pudding mixture and juice together can bring to the boil briefly. Remove from the heat and stir in the cherries and let cool slightly.

60 g margarine 60 g

Online Eye Examination
vegan chocolate bars
I ordered online a few vegan things recently, among them were also chocolate bars. Maybe you know them already. I want to introduce them to you shortly.
MAHALO
That should be the vegan bounty. It is a chocolate bar with coconut and whole almonds on top of it yet. I think the really nice packaging. The inside tells me not quite so. I liked the real bounty sugared always totally happy, but I find totally Mahalo. In the first six ingredients are all of four sweeteners: sugar cane juice, rice syrup, agave syrup and sugar. Accordingly, the whole thing is sweet. And the consistency I think unfortunately not very well managed, somehow, everything is a bit of fall too hard. I'm going to buy me any more likely. I must necessarily a recipe for vegan chocolate coconut bars looking for, or even invent one.
TWILIGHT
A vegan Mars. According to the packaging a chocolate bar with caramel, nougat and chocolate rice milk. I was actually never been a fan of the Mars, but Twilight is okay. If again come pretty sweet. I'm really a fan of sweets of all kinds, but to me it is also fast too sweet.
RAW ORGANIC FOODBAR
I had the variety "chocolate-coconut", what else, as a coconut fan. It is also the varieties of cinnamon-raisin "and" chocolate ". Of the two I have but not yet tested. Of the three bars that I have presented here, this was the dearest to me, and probably the healthiest. Ingredients include cashew butter, dates, coconut, sprouts and agave syrup. Moreover, even small mixed chocolate chips underneath. But again
is cooked dessert itself, and not consumed in the form of purchased candy bars:)
